Restaurant - Varosha Restaurant offers an exceptional atmosphere to its guests. It is an exquisite combination of modern style of service and the cosiness of old Bulgarian houses. The hotel has two main halls, situated on different levels and one additional VIP hall. The two rooms are decorated in different style resembling old Bulgarian tradition, but in a modern way. The first room has 25 spaces and the second room has 40 spaces, but by individual arrangement it could reach to 55 spaces.
The restaurant offers Bulgarian and European dishes, cooked by the most skilled master chefs in the region. Courses may be served with a special collection of Bulgarian, French and Italian wines. Guests can also taste fine wines from the wine-cellar of the complex. They mature under optimal cinditions of storage. With the help of a sommelier guests of Varosha Hotel can choose a wine that is suitable for their meal and understand more about its origin and special taste. - VIP Dining Room - The VIP dining room has a capacity for 8 people.
